• The psychiatry unit functions as a team. In case the primary doctor is unavailable, the team members will attend to the patient.
• No medico-legal cases will be attended.
• Appointment scheduling: Minimum of 24 hours in advance for seeking appointment.
• Cancellation of Appointment: Patient/Client could cancel & reschedule an appointment 24 hours in advance.
• Patient information: Clinical history and progress notes will be maintained confidentially.
• Certain information may be used for case discussions or for research purposes. No personal and identifying data will be revealed when clinical information is used for this purpose.
